Megan is an agent at Watson, Little Ltd, and she has been working at the agency since 2014. She is currently building a varied list, with a focus on commercial and upmarket adult fiction and non-fiction, as well as non-fiction for 7+, and contemporary MG and YA fiction.
Megan is actively looking for authors from underrepresented communities and is particularly keen to hear from Asian writers across all genres. Her own heritage is Burmese and Indian (and Irish!), but she is keen to hear from writers across the Asian continent and the diaspora.
Megan would love to find Asian women writers who are writing commercial romance, upmarket family drama, fun contemporary MG and swoon worthy YA romances – but anything with heart, compelling characters, intriguing plots, and – of course – brilliantly written will appeal to her.
