Jeramie is an editor at Pamela Dorman Books/Viking, where she has worked since 2015. She edits a wide range of upmarket adult fiction, including book club, women’s fiction, domestic thrillers, and psychological suspense, and works with bestselling authors including Sarah Pearse, Shari Lapena, Richard Osman, Ashley Audrain, J. Ryan Stradal, and Rosie Walsh, among others.
Jeramie is drawn to evocative, atmospheric writing but not at the expense of plot and depth of character, and enjoys unusual settings or vocations, stories about friendships and relationships, nature and language, and those that have a sense humor (even dark humor).
She’s eager to champion underrepresented voices, and especially looks forward to mentoring and uplifting Asian writers. Jeramie is available for submission assessment or consultation.
