Elinor is a Literary Agent’s Assistant at Madeleine Milburn Literary Agency where she works closely with Hayley Steed on her commercial adult fiction list, and with Chloe Seager on her children’s and YA list. She has worked as a reader for Faber Academy and studied publishing at Oxford Brookes University.
Elinor would love to read commercial fiction with a special interest in romance, historical, crime, magical realism and light fantasy.
She loves nothing more than helping authors shape a manuscript and is excited to work with Asian Women Writers to amplify under-represented voices in the industry and to encourage Asian women to share their stories.
